About
Rob, the founder behind Elevate Capital, established the firm with the primary objective of acquiring and nurturing successful Irish private companies while simultaneously addressing the challenge of owner succession.
Rob’s early exposure to the family business, specializing in flooring distribution, provided him with an innate understanding of the opportunities and hurdles inherent in building a thriving SME.
Educated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Rob further honed his expertise by obtaining a Masters in Accountancy. He underwent formal training and earned his ACA qualification with KPMG, contributing to his ability to understand all facets of business.
Over the past 15 years, Rob has demonstrated his versatility by navigating various industries, including Retail, FMCG, Telco, and Banking. His diverse roles have allowed him to amass extensive knowledge in Strategy, Finance, and Operations. Prior to founding Elevate Capital, Rob served as the Financial Director for Tesco Mobile Ireland, a prominent Irish Telecoms challenger brand.
Living in Dublin with his wife and three children, Rob balances his professional pursuits with a passion for the outdoors, cooking and spending quality time with his young family.
